Kristen M. Walsh Senior Consultant

Kristen Walsh, MA PHR has a Masters in Applied Behavioral Sciences and a Professional Human Resources Certification. Kristen’s 17 year career includes Organizational Development Consultant, Trainer, Civil Rights Investigator, Mediator and Facilitator.

Through traditional and innovative OD techniques and methodologies she has learned how to create programs to support job competency development, as well as management and leadership education. She utilizes traditional and non-traditional learning methods in group facilitation for both small and large audiences. Her role as a Civil Rights Investigator has advanced her knowledge of diversity and compliance issues as well as the value of training to manage organizational risk by providing managers with the necessary knowledge to address discriminatory conduct. Her passion centers on developing programs that facilitate strategic change, generate excitement about an organization’s vision, and promotes best practices. She takes a holistic approach to systemically exploring the needs of an organization in any given moment and strategically assesses and plans the best course of action.

Throughout the years, she has served as an advisor, coach, strategist, and facilitator for managers on numerous performance, organizational, and compliance issues. Her experience and educational background have helped her to contribute to the goals and missions of several organizations.
